Hello and welcome

A born and bred Wellingtonian, Tim Stokes is a Registered Property Valuer and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. The majority of his working life has been as a valuer in Wellington City. He has also qualified and worked as a Chartered Surveyor (UK), and spent four years as a commercial property appraiser in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Tim's property experience both in Wellington, New Zealand and internationally, has helped him develop a deep understanding of how great neighbourhoods add vibrancy to the lives of the people that live there.
